I’ve been going to sport clips for years and always have a good experience. However, I had Kaitlin today and she did an amazing job! I got the MVP and from start to finish it was a great experience and haircut. She was also really nice to talk to and very personable. 5 STARS

On a Friday during the noon hour there was a 3 hour and 54 minute wait, with only two stylists working. I expected to wait, but not 4 hours!

Hey Zeke, thank you for letting us know about your visit with us. We're sorry to hear about the long waits, as with a national labor shortage we are working as hard as we can to accommodate everyone. This will cause longer wait times, but we recommend using our Online Check In, so it can give an estimated wait time to arrive at the store. This way you would not have to wait in the lobby for the full amount of time. We hope this helps and we appreciate the feedback very much.

I was in for a quick cut and I was not sure what I wanted, but I dealt with Shelby (@the forest drive location)and she was fantastic. She did a wonderful job on my haircut, she recommended a couple things and I loved it so that's what I went with. She was great to talk to and was very relatable. I look forward to getting Shelby to give me my next fresh cut
